Legal Transcription is the conversion into written, typewritten or printed form, of a written source, dictated or recorded in a courtroom, deposition hearing, law office, or other legal setting. The types of information transcribed generally includes testimony, pleadings, interrogatories, or reviews of administrative hearings. Legal assistants, paralagels, and paid transcribers are generally charged with legal transcription.
